Flavourful herbs pork chops, 自制香草猪扒





If you are not a red meat lover pork chops is not a bad choice.  The herbs and chopped garlic well blended with the meat and brings out fragrance on the dish.  It certainly gives any meat lover’s stomach the greatest satisfaction!

Ingredients:

2 pcs bone-in loin pork chops, cut 1 inch thick
2 tablespoons olive oil

Marinade:
1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, 1 teaspoon brown sugar, 6 cloves chopped garlic, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon dried basil, 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme, 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Method:

1. Rub marinade on pork chops and set aside for 30 minutes.

2. Heat up non stick pan on low fire and place pork chops onto pan.

3. Turn pork chops once halfway through cooking so that all sides are evenly cook.

4. Add olive oil onto the pork chops to bring out aroma and to enhance presentation.

5. Its done ! Dish out and serve . . . yum yum !

腌料:
半茶匙盐, 半茶匙黑椒粉,1茶匙红糖,六瓣蒜蓉,半茶匙cayenne pepper, 半茶匙金不换,半茶匙thyme, 半茶匙rosemary

做法

1. 把腌料涂在猪扒上,腌放三十分钟。

2. 用小火烧热不粘锅,然后放下猪扒。

3. 半途中翻弄猪扒让每边都均匀煎熟。

4. 把橄榄油浇在猪扒上,让它溢出香味和增加美观。

5. 好啦!可端上盘享受咯!
